One of the patterns that I have
caught the most trout on. The bead headed zebra midge. Tired of the same old
zebra midge, I decided to add a little zest to the pattern. Thus, the quest for
a more life-like bead headed zebra midge was created with clear micro tubing
with extra-small red wire inserted through the micro tubing prior to tying onto
the hook. Enjoy!
Materials:
Hook: Mustad size 12 nymph sproat
Thread: Black Ultra Thread size 70
Wire: Ultra Wire size extra- small
Tubing: Small clear micro tubing
Bead: Gold 3/32
